KWM in the competition elite

Published On 22/08/2015 | By Peta Stevenson | Cartels, Consumer protection, Litigation, Mergers

In this year’s review of the Australian competition bar by Global Competition Review, our competition team has been identified as being among the elite, and perhaps the best in the country.

Factors contributing to this accolade include that the team:

  • blends top-flight merger work with major competition litigation and investigations with the ACCC;
  • makes use of novel tactics before the ACCC to allow global deals to close;
  • has undertaken headline work on behavioural cases that could break legal ground in Australia; and
  • performs advisory work for leniency applicants in potential cartel investigations.
